Concerto for 2Violins in d minor BWV 1043PROFILEFounded in May 2000, Ewha Chamber Orchestra (Conductor-in-residence: Professor Kim Ki-sun) is a female chamber orchestra composed of Ewha Womans University College of Music alumni who stay active as player equipped with outstanding performance skills obtained from overseas famous music schools after finishing their studies at Ewha Womans University College of Music and Graduate School of Music as well as music teachers at various kinds of music schools. The chamber ensemble concert with an aim of spreading out chamber music has presented a variety of performances through annually-held regular concert, chamber music festival, flute ensemble, Ewha stuents\’ concert, etc. In addition, the orchestra has a plan to hold vibrant concerts with a wide repertoire every year. We sincerely look forward to your continued affection and interest to Ewha Chamber Orchestra. In this concert, Bach\’s Brandenburg Concerto No.3, 5 will be played with violinist Kim Jung-mi, flutist Bae Jong-sun, and cembalist Lee Jong-sil. Vivaldi\’s Concerto for Two Violins played with Kim Yeong-jin and Song Yeong. Bach\’s Concerto for Two Violins played with Lee Un-hyung and Choi Hyun-jeong.
